US Voice Process- Sales

As a Sales Executive in the US Voice Process at our client's firm, you will play a crucial role in generating business opportunities and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and customer prospects - Conducting cold calls to potential clients in the US to showcase company products/services - Self-generating quality business leads through various channels - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business - Understanding customer needs and proposing customized loan solutions (Home Loans, Business Loans, Refinance) - Negotiating loan terms and closing deals effectively - Preparing, managing, and tracking sales contracts and related documentation - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction - Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets within set deadlines - Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions Qualifications required for this role are: - Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in International (US) Voice Sales (Mandatory) - Proven success in a target-driven US sales process/project - Excellent cold calling skills with the ability to generate self-leads - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Good understanding of financial products, especially loans and refinancing - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and working with softphone dialers and CRM systems - Ability to problem-solve and adapt sales strategies based on customer feedback - Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly Please note that the working hours for this role are in the US Shift from 6 pm to 3 am IST, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. The salary range is from 30k to 50k in hand along with high-powered incentives. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.
