US Voice Process- Sales

You will be joining as a Sales Executive for the Night Shift, US Voice Process at Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru. Your working timings will be in the US Shift (6pm - 3 AM IST) from Monday to Friday, with weekends off. The salary range offered is 30k-50k In hand along with high power incentives. Immediate joiners are preferred. As a Sales Executive in this role, your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and customer prospects - Conducting cold calls to potential clients in the US to showcase company products/services - Self-generating quality business leads through various channels - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business - Understanding customer needs and proposing customized loan solutions (Home Loans, Business Loans, Refinance) - Negotiating loan terms and closing deals effectively - Preparing, managing, and tracking sales contracts and related documentation - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction - Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets within set deadlines - Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions To qualify for this position, you should have: - Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in International (US) Voice Sales - Proven success in a target-driven US sales process/project - Excellent cold calling skills with the ability to generate self-leads - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Good understanding of financial products, especially loans and refinancing - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with softphone dialers and CRM systems - Ability to problem-solve and adapt sales strategies based on customer feedback - Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly If you are interested in this opportunity, you can share your CV on anubha.kumari@themetromaxgroup.com.,
