Role Overview

The Strategic Loan Planner (SLP) is an individual contributor role responsible for client acquisition, loan sourcing, and relationship management. SLPs will work on both secured and unsecured loan products, reporting directly to the Team Leader. This role is best suited for ambitious professionals looking to build a long-term career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), SME Funding, and Unsecured Loans (Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.).

• Meet retail homebuyers, MSMEs, and corporates to understand funding requirements.

• Source business through direct client acquisition, channel partners, and referrals.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.

• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Share market feedback and insights with Team Leaders for strategy improvement.

• Uphold compliance and documentation standards.

Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate or above (freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply).

• 0–3 years of experience in financial services/loans preferred, but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and motivated to build a career in loans/financial products.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
