Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Loan Specialist based in Thane, India. The Home Loan Specialist will assist clients through the entire home loan process, including understanding client requirements, recommending suitable financial products, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement. Responsibilities include communication with clients and lending institutions, managing documentation, providing advice on mortgage processes, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and experience in Mortgage Lending
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of loan processes and financial products
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in financial advisory roles or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience required
