Company: Loan Bazaar Location: Gurgaon Position: Team Leader – Home Loan Experience: 2–6 Years (Home Loan / Mortgage Sales) Role Overview: Loan Bazaar is hiring a Home Loan Team Leader for our Gurgaon office. The role includes managing a sales team, driving home loan business, maintaining strong bank relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing with high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership Lead, train, and manage a team of Loan Sales Executives. Monitor performance and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. 2. Sales & Business Development Generate home loan business through direct sales, brokers, and referral networks. Identify new customer segments and business opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly business goals. 3. Banking Coordination Maintain strong relationships with partnered Banks/NBFCs. Handle login, approval, sanction & disbursement process. Negotiate interest rates and offer the best deals to customers. 4. Customer Relationship Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation. Provide end-to-end support, ensuring a smooth loan journey. Handle customer queries and escalations professionally. 5. Documentation & Operations Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all applications. Maintain compliance with bank policies and company standards. Track file movement and resolve operational issues. Skills & Qualifications: 2–6 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, or LAP . Strong understanding of Home Loan products and policies. Excellent communication, negotiation & team-handling skills. Strong network with banks/NBFCs preferred. Target-driven with leadership ability.
