Role Overview:

Loan Bazaar is hiring a Home Loan Team Leader for our Gurgaon office. The role includes managing a sales team, driving home loan business, maintaining strong bank relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and manage a team of Loan Sales Executives.
• Monitor performance and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Generate home loan business through direct sales, brokers, and referral networks.
• Identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business goals.

3. Banking Coordination

• Maintain strong relationships with partnered Banks/NBFCs.
• Handle login, approval, sanction & disbursement process.
• Negotiate interest rates and offer the best deals to customers.

4. Customer Relationship

• Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation.
• Provide end-to-end support, ensuring a smooth loan journey.
• Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.

5. Documentation & Operations

• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all applications.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and company standards.
• Track file movement and resolve operational issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, or LAP.
• Strong understanding of Home Loan products and policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & team-handling skills.
• Strong network with banks/NBFCs preferred.
• Target-driven with leadership ability.
