Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Loan Specialist, based in Surat. The Home Loan Specialist will handle tasks such as assisting customers with home loan applications, evaluating their eligibility, and explaining loan processes. The role requires maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely loan processing and documentation to meet customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry and knowledge of Mortgage Lending
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Understanding of Loans and loan-related processes
• Proactive approach to resolving client queries and maintaining satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline and prior experience in financial services is a plus
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a goal-focused mindset
