As a Home Loan Sales Manager, your role involves managing and overseeing home loan applications from start to finish. You will be responsible for achieving home loan sales targets by effectively managing DSAs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with DSAs and clients is essential. Ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications, conducting regular performance evaluations of DSAs, and assisting in their training and development are key responsibilities. You must ensure that all loan transactions comply with banking regulations and policies and address queries and issues related to home loans promptly. Additionally, preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance is part of your job.
