Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers for home loan products
Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, builders, and channel partners
Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers
Assist customers with loan applications and documentation
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing
Follow up with customers to ensure timely disbursement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred)
15 years of experience in home loan or mortgage sales (freshers may apply for junior roles)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of home loan products and banking processes
