Job Title: Home Loan Executive (HL Executive) Job Summary The Home Loan Executive is responsible for sourcing home loan leads, guiding customers through the loan application process, ensuring document accuracy, coordinating with internal teams for approval, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, financial awareness, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Business Development Source home loan customers through field visits, channel partners, real estate agents, builders, and cold calling. Build and maintain relationships with builders and property consultants. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities. 2. Customer Handling Understand customer financial profiles and recommend suitable home loan products. Explain loan features, interest rates, EMI calculations, and eligibility criteria. Assist customers with application forms and ensure an excellent service experience. 3. Documentation & Verification Collect required KYC documents, income proofs, property papers, and other relevant documents. Check documentation accuracy before submitting to credit teams. Coordinate for verification, legal checks, and technical evaluations. 4. Coordination & Processing Follow up with operations and credit teams for loan approval. Keep customers updated about loan status. Ensure disbursement is completed within timelines. 5. Sales Targets & Reporting Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans. Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and conversion status. Participate in promotional activities, loan camps, and marketing events. Skills & Qualifications Required Graduate (any discipline). 1–4 years of experience in home loans, mortgages, or financial services sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of housing finance, credit policies, and documentation. Preferred Prior experience in banks/NBFCs (Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage). Familiarity with local real estate markets. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
