Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Holiday Consultant - Travel Sales based in Pune. The role involves providing expert travel consulting services, creating customized travel plans, and managing travel arrangements. The Holiday Consultant will ensure excellent customer service by addressing client needs, assisting with reservations, and converting travel inquiries into bookings. The individual will work in collaboration with internal teams while ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering seamless trip experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating tailored travel experiences
• Proficiency in making Travel Arrangements, including reservations, ticketing, and itinerary planning
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively handle client inquiries and resolve issues
• Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with global travel trends, destinations, and travel software is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
