Key Responsibilities: Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements. Design customized holiday packages and prepare detailed itineraries. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and destination management companies (DMCs) to obtain competitive rates and special deals. Handle end-to-end travel bookings — including flights, hotels, transfers, and activities. Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, share travel documents, and ensure smooth travel experiences. Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and supplier details. Follow up with clients post-travel for feedback and relationship building. Keep up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information to provide expert advice. Requirements: Graduate (Tourism or Hospitality background is an advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and coordination abilities. Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and basic travel software. Prior experience in travel consulting or holiday operations preferred. Ability to work independently and handle multiple client requirements efficiently.
