Holiday Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
• Design and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages — including Europe, Far East, Middle East, Maldives, and other popular destinations.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with prompt follow-ups.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and DMCs (Destination Management Companies) for quotations and bookings.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by the management.
• Promote company packages, offers, and group tours to increase conversions.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Commerce (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in a travel agency / tour operations with proven sales experience in international packages (Europe experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Familiarity with hotel and airline booking systems (Amadeus/Galileo knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence.
• Result-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
