Job Description

As a Holiday Consultant, your role involves designing and selling customized domestic and international travel packages. Your passion for travel, strong destination knowledge, and excellent sales and customer service skills will be key in meeting the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and budget. - Create personalized holiday packages including flights, hotels, and tours. - Provide travel advice, visa assistance, and insurance guidance. - Handle bookings, documentation, and post-sale support. - Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications: - 14 years of experience in travel sales or holiday consulting. - Familiarity with destinations and booking tools (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.). - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred. In this role, you will be working full-time and permanently at our in-person work location. Additionally, you will benefit from cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund.,
