Holiday & Visa Consultant

• Contribute to the process of designing and development of international holiday packages
• Liaising and make a good relation with Hotels, DMC’s, Inbound Suppliers, Car Rental companies & other suppliers to get the best itinerary for the clients.
• Assisting customer for International Visa Assistance & Documentation.
• Making pre-arrangement with suppliers and run through check list details in comparison with arrangements;
• Designing customized tour packages to meet the needs of different clients
• Informing passengers of arrival and departure times at each destination on the itinerary
• Ensure all travel arrangements run according to the plan agreed in advance with the customers
• Advising about facilities, such as sights, restaurants and shops, at each destination;
• Promoting and marketing the non- air business
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Cross selling of other products to increase the revenue for the company
• Designing customized tour packages to meet the needs of different clients;
• Contracting with major hotels in Qatar & outside Qatar for both inbound & Outbound.
• Handle complaints & grievances and directly resolving customer queries.
• GDS ticketing experience will be added as an advantage.
• Experience selling Holiday packages and International Visa assistance.
