Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Consultation

  • Interact with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide expert advice on domestic and international destinations.
  • Explain package options, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions clearly.

2. Holiday Planning & Packaging

  • Create customized holiday packages tailored to each customer.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.
  • Suggest upgrades, add-ons, and promotional offers to enhance customer value.

3. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Upsell services such as hotel upgrades, activities, insurance, etc.

4. Booking & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and suppliers for reservations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely confirmations, invoices, and documentation.
  • Maintain smooth communication between vendors and customers.

5. Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-booking support.
  • Build long-term customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the process.

6. Market Research & Updates

  • Stay updated on destination trends, visa rules, offers, and travel guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, and booking records.
  • Update CRM tools and follow proper data entry procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or relevant field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Holiday Consultant / Travel Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English .
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and travel booking platforms (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
