Job Summary:

Looking for a passionate recruiter with the ability to close open positions with his / her number crunching ability. Looking for a driven candidate with a strong commitment to work and quick thinking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

    Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, Naukri, indeed, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and professional networks.
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified applicants.
  • End-to-end coordination for hiring, offer generation, and ensuring timely joining.
  • Seamless scheduling and conducting of meetings.
  • Employer Branding:

    Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Screening and Interviewing:

    Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with managers.
  • Candidate calling for HR interview, interview line-up etc.
  • Candidate Management:

    Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.
  • Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Onboarding:

    Ensure full support to the onboarding team of all new joiners.
  • Hiring Cycle Experience:

    Hands-on experience with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
  • 3 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Talent Sourcing:

    Building candidate databases for future roles and conducting proactive outreach campaigns.
  • Campus Recruitment & Internship Programs

    : Coordinating with universities for campus hiring drives.
  • Process Improvement

    : Experience improving or standardizing recruitment workflows, interview processes, or feedback systems.
  • Hands-on Experience:

    In operating sourcing Tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job sites.
  • Excel skills for tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Interpersonal Skills

    : Ability to build relationships and manage candidate expectations.
  • Attention to Detail

    : Ensuring accuracy in understanding requirements, creation of job descriptions, interview coordination, and compliance documentation.
  • Result-Oriented

    : Meeting hiring deadlines and targets.

Qualifications and skills:

  • MBA in HR with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. (will be given preference.)
  • Graduated with PG Diploma in HR with 3yrs of relevant experience.
