Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain, specifically with experience in B2B channels such as Mutual Fund companies, Mutual Fund Distributors, Insurance companies, Stock Broking houses, and related firms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities with the intermediaries in BFSI sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mutual Fund companies, Mutual Fund Distributors, Insurance companies, Stock Broking houses, and other related organizations.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting Moolaah's suite of financial products and services to potential B2B clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective intermediaries.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to help refine Moolaahs offerings and strategy.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Moolaah and expand its reach.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Graduate or MBA with 3-5 years of experience in B2B channel development within the BFSI domain.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles.
  • In-depth understanding of Mutual Fund companies, Mutual Fund Distributors, Insurance companies, Stock Broking houses, and related businesses.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
