Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our Debt Market Research team. The role involves evaluating the creditworthiness of various issuers, conducting due diligence, monitoring credit ratings, and providing actionable investment recommendations across a range of debt instruments in primary and secondary markets.

Job

1. Evaluate creditworthiness of issuers (Corporate, NBFCs, Sovereign, Municipal, etc.)

2. Track credit rating changes, bond covenants, and potential default risks.

3. Develop research notes, and maintain rating rationale summaries.

4. Analyze financial statements, industry developments, management strength, and regulatory developments.

5. Conduct due diligence for new issuances and monitor existing investments.

6. Provide investment recommendations for primary and secondary market opportunities in debt instruments.

Qualifications

1. Preferably qualification bachelor / Master degree.

2. Experience up to 2 years.

3. Basic understanding of fields like Accounting, Finance, Economics, Debt Market, Equity Market, Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management.

4. Proficient in MS Word, advance Excel & PowerPoint.

5. Good Communication skills.
