About the Role

lead finance transformation initiatives

shape planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EPM (PBCS / EPBCS) implementations and transformation programs end-to-end.
• Partner with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Planning Heads to design and optimize

  FP&A and performance management frameworks

  .
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling excellence.
• Translate complex business needs into high-impact EPM solutions aligned with corporate goals.
• Provide leadership during UAT, go-live, and change management phases.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with accounting and regulatory standards.

Desired Profile

• Total 8+ years and Min. 6+ years

  of relevant functional experience in Oracle EPM / PBCS / EPBCS.

• 5+ years of Strong financial domain expertise

  in FP&A, closing, and reconciliation cycles.
• Proven experience advising senior finance stakeholders and leading business process workshops.
• Exposure to

  Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)

  preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, executive presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a global, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) / CA / CPA / CMA

  or equivalent finance qualification (not manadatory)

• Oracle certifications

  in EPM or Financials.
• Exposure to

  manufacturing, energy, or professional services

  sectors.
• Working knowledge of integration tools (OIC, Boomi, Informatica) and related EPM technologies (FCCS, ARCS, EPCMCS, Anaplan, OneStream, Tagetik, SAC).

Work Timings

US business hours for 2–3 hours daily
