As a Sales Associates, you will have the opportunity to work with these prestigious clients and contribute to their business growth. Job Profile: We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. The primary responsibility will be to handle outbound/inbound/regional/e-mail/chat processes based on the assigned client and process. You will be engaging with customers, promoting products/services, and generating sales leads through effective communication and persuasion skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound/regional/e-mail/chat processes as assigned by the client. Contact potential customers to present products/services and explain their features and benefits. Follow sales scripts and guidelines to engage with customers and overcome objections. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the client's business. Build and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or complaints. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall sales performance. Stay updated with the product/service offerings of the assigned client and industry trends. Adhere to company policies and procedures while conducting sales activities. Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities. Key Skills and Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any additional regional languages are a plus. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present product/service solutions. Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales goals. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues. Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and client requirements. Prior experience in tele sales or customer service will be an advantage. Location: Delhi/Noida/Gurugram CTC: The salary range for the Sales Associates is 1.50 LPA to 4.50 LPA, depending on experience, Interview, and the assigned client. Shift Type: The shift type may vary based on the client and process. We offer day shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts to accommodate the preferences of our employees.
