Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain
demand and sales forecasting models
using historical data, seasonality, and market trends.
Analyze
sales performance, product mix, and regional demand variations
.
Collaborate with
sales, marketing, and supply chain
teams to align forecasts with business targets.
Generate
monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
and present insights to leadership.
Utilize
Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python
for data visualization and predictive modeling.
Support
S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
and business planning cycles.
Identify demand gaps and recommend actions for inventory optimization.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
Hands-on experience in
Excel (Pivot, Forecast, Regression)
,
Power BI
, and
SQL
.
Knowledge of
forecasting models
(ARIMA, exponential smoothing, regression, ML).
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
