Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst II to join our team at MongoDB Software India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
Identify and mitigate potential data quality issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and maintain technical documentation of data systems and processes.
Provide training and support to junior team members on data analysis best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data analysis principles, including statistical modeling and machine learning.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with database management systems, including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
