Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

Achieve sales targets through assigned banks branches.

Product Advisory

Suggest suitable mutual fund products to bank teams based on investor needs.

Understand distributor portfolio trends and use a focused approach while selling.

Regular Engagement

Stay in touch through calls, meetings, mailers, and group sessions.

Share marketing materials like factsheets, brochures, and product updates regularly.

Service Support

Provide quick and efficient service to partnered distributors.

Resolve queries on time and follow up until closure.

Relationship Building

Build strong long-term relationships with key bank partners to drive repeat business.

Market & Data Management

Maintain updated data of all assigned distributors and track business performance.

Identify and plan strategies against market competition.

Brand Visibility

Organize events, product training, and awareness programs to promote the brand.

Training & Compliance

Train bank staff and distributors on products, processes, and operational requirements.

Keep them updated on regulatory changes regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

To achieve the business targets assigned in terms of up selling Mutual Fund Products enhancing and upgrading the Client Net worth relationships

Skills & Requirements (Optional to include)

Strong knowledge of Mutual Fund products & financial markets

Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

Prior experience in banca channel sales preferred

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive targets
