Job Description

Relationship Manager

Location : (Chennai, Salem, Trichy & Erode)

Role & responsibilities

Source and generate loan business through existing and new DSA channels and dealer networks
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, and customers within the assigned locations
Manage and grow loan portfolios related to commercial vehicles and used cars
Ensure timely collections, follow-ups, and portfolio quality management
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and customer servicing
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
Drive team performance, motivate and train DST/DSA channels where applicable

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Vehicle or Used Car Loan segment
Graduate in any discipline
Strong local market knowledge of Chennai, Erode, Salem, or Trichy
Proven track record of managing and expanding business through DSA and dealer channels
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to travel locally and meet clients/dealers regularly
