Role Overview:

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  performance marketing strategies

  to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Plan, manage, and optimize

  paid search, social media, display advertising, affiliate, and CRM campaigns

  .
• Conduct in-depth

  campaign performance analysis

  and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Drive

  A/B testing strategies

  to enhance campaign performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with brand objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Manage

  budgets, forecasting, and reporting

  on KPIs including ROAS, conversion rate, CPA, and CLTV.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the

  customer journey and digital experience

  across channels.
• Stay updated with the latest

  industry trends, tools, and best practices

  in performance marketing.

Requirements

• Industry Background:

  Apparel (preferably Super Premium or Bridge-to-Luxury segment). Candidates from mass brand backgrounds (or agencies handling only mass brands) will not be considered.

• Business Exposure:

  Must have scaled

  direct website revenue of 50 Cr+

  (marketplace sales not counted). Should have actively contributed to building the business to this scale, not just joined post-growth.

• Performance Metrics:

  Proven track record of achieving

  ROAS of 4+

  .

• Channel Expertise:

  Strong experience in

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate marketing, and CRM-driven campaigns

  .

• Experience Level:

  Minimum

  5 years in Performance Marketing

  at managerial or higher levels.
• Male candidates will be given preference.
