Job Description

Hiring: Operations Executive for a Premium Event Management Company in Bengaluru!

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Operations Executive for Event Management

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage complete
end-to-end event operations
across multiple PAN-India locations.
Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare detailed
cost sheets, budgets, and event proposals
.
Negotiate
vendor contracts, rates, and service agreements
.
Coordinate all event logistics, including
venue management, equipment, manpower, transport
, and on-ground operations.
Ensure timely and high-standard event execution aligned with client expectations.
Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure requirements and deliverables are met.
Track and manage
event budgets and expenses
to maintain cost efficiency.
Troubleshoot operational challenges for smooth event execution.
Maintain accurate records of vendors, contracts, and operational documentation.
