Strategic Marketing Planning Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and market trends. ATL & BTL Marketing Execution Plan and implement integrated ATL campaigns (TV, radio, print, OOH) and BTL activities (events, activations, in-store promotions) to drive consumer engagement and reach. Brand Marketing & Awareness Build and maintain a strong brand presence through consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and impactful storytelling that resonates with target audiences. Promotional Campaign Management Design and execute promotional strategies that support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key business initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and loyalty. Marketing Budget Planning Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, cost control, and a strong return on investment across all channels. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, digital) and external partners (creative agencies, media vendors) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools, delivering actionable insights and continuous improvements. Market & Consumer Insights Conduct regular market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights research to inform strategies and identify new opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on involvement in both ATL and BTL campaigns.
