Job Summary:

The Branding & Communication Executive is responsible for building and maintaining a consistent brand image of the hospital through internal and external communication, creative campaigns, public relations, and event branding. The role ensures that all communication materials and marketing initiatives align with corporate brand guidelines and effectively convey the hospitals value proposition to patients, partners, and the community.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Branding & Visual Identity

  • Ensure uniform implementation of

    brand guidelines

    across all hospital units, departments, and communication materials.
  • Develop and oversee

    signage, collaterals, brochures, standees, and internal branding

    in line with

    NABH and hospital standards

    .
  • Coordinate with vendors and creative agencies for the design, printing, and installation of branding materials.
  • Conduct regular audits of internal and external branding visibility and consistency.

Internal & External Communication

  • Draft and edit

    press releases, newsletters, internal announcements, and patient communication materials

    .
  • Manage content for

    corporate presentations, hospital brochures, and website updates

    .
  • Collaborate with medical teams for

    case studies, success stories, and awareness articles

    .
  • Partner with the

    digital marketing

    and

    PR

    teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Public Relations & Media Coordination

  • Support hospital

    PR campaigns

    , media interactions, and press conferences.
  • Build relationships with local and regional media to drive

    positive coverage

    and manage crisis communication.
  • Track media mentions and maintain a

    press archive

    for performance reporting.

Event & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute

    internal and external hospital events

    , such as health camps, awareness drives, and corporate functions.
  • Oversee branding and communication for hospital-led

    CSR initiatives

    .
  • Collaborate with doctors and departments for

    campaign ideation and execution

    on special days (e.g., World Heart Day, Cancer Awareness).

Strategic Support & Reporting

  • Assist in developing

    annual brand communication plans

    in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor

    ROI

    and

    engagement

    for campaigns and brand activities.
  • Prepare

    monthly dashboards

    summarizing campaign reach, visibility, and media impact.
