Principal Responsibilities: 1 . Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPMs: Generate business from existing & lapsed customers. 2. Solving the technical queries over the call with customer, seeking help from technical team where needed. 3. Call Planning & Management achieving call targets per day 4. Maintain a quality database over sales force. 5. Ensuring smooth working with support team for required coordination over customer orders. Skills Required: 1. Proactively assessing customer needs & potential. 2. Ability to overcome objections preventing customers from doing business with RS. 3. Having a practical and business focused approach with strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication, written and presentation skills. 5. Brilliant time management and decision making and team handling skills which help to multi-task and work in situations with time constraints. Perks: 1.
