Role Overview -

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Roles & Responsibilities -

Partner with business and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Build a strong talent pipeline using multiple sourcing channels job portals, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and maintain strong pre-joining engagement.
Facilitate seamless
employee lifecycle management
onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Prepare and manage HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and separation documents.
Maintain accurate and updated HR databases, HRIS, and personnel records.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Address employee queries and grievances promptly, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Coordinate training programs, inductions, and engagement initiatives for junior employees.
Drive compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
Act as a trusted partner to business teams, balancing recruitment priorities with operational HR excellence.
