Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple MNC clients (Voice / Non-Voice / Semi-Voice roles).
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Post job requirements, screen profiles, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and ensure smooth interview experience.
Achieve closures within defined TAT and maintain hiring reports.
