Cotton Concepts seeks a Junior HR Executive with 1-3 years of experience for a full-time position in Coimbatore. The role demands expertise in statutory compliance, recruitment, payroll, training, and development. Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including ESI and PF filing and audits.
  • Administer payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality to ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
  • Lead training sessions and development programs aimed at enhancing staff skills and performance.
