7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective learners via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Conduct structured counselling sessions to assess learning needs (K-12 segment).
Schedule and deliver online demo sessions and manage follow-ups.
Address concerns, handle objections, and negotiate pricing effectively.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and conversion.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of learners into the system.

Essential Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Energetic, approachable, and confident personality.
Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and target-driven mindset.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with the EdTech domain and a genuine interest in education.
