Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers in a professional and courteous manner
Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely information or resolution
Record customer interactions in the system accurately and in real-time
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and quality targets
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Prior experience in a BPO or voice process is a plus
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Experience in international customer service or technical support is a plus
