Job Title: Customer Support Executive US Banking Process (Inbound Voice) Location: Noida Sector 60 Company: iEnergizer Shift: Rotational Shifts (5 Days Working) Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from US customers requiring banking related concerns Provide accurate information and quick resolution Maintain professionalism and empathy during high-stress customer interactions. Document all customer interactions in the system with precision. Meet performance metrics including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience in a voice process. Versant level 6 English communication skills (mandatory). Immediate joiners only. UG/Graduate both eligible. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
