HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, interviewing, and offer negotiation to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques, job boards, and recruitment tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
