Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the telecom sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level clients across pan India.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized telecom solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in telecom B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams.
  • Strong experience in handling pan India C-level clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel across India as required.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
