About the Role

Project Coordinator


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across both development and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, marketers, and other internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Track and report project progress using tools such as

    Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com

    .
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Support project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Communicate updates effectively to stakeholders, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate execution of

    SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing

    projects alongside technical deliverables.
  • Identify and escalate project risks or issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participate in post-launch reviews and recommend process or performance improvements.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing

    , or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years

    of proven experience in project coordination within

    technical

    and/or

    digital marketing

    environments.
  • Solid understanding of

    web development

    ,

    software lifecycle

    , and

    digital marketing workflows

    .
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as

    Jira, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp

    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as

    Google Analytics

    Meta Business Suite

    , or equivalent tools is a plus.

  • Experience working in an
