PROCESS 1:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot and configure devices such as printers, desktops

  ,

  laptops, and peripherals
• Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical problems efficiently
• Identify customer needs and

  upsell/cross-sell

  relevant products or services
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and first-call resolution

Preferred candidates:

• Night Shift
• 5 days working (Saturday & Sunday off)
• Two-way cab facility (up to 35 KM)
• Any Graduate or Under Graduate
• Minimum 12 months experience required for experienced roles

• Freshers:

  3 LPA (Approx. 20,000 take-home)

• Experienced (12+ months):

  3.5 LPA (Approx. 24,000 take-home)

PROCESS 2:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer interactions via voice support
• Provide accurate information and resolutions related to banking products and services
• Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve escalations

Preferred candidates:

• 1-3 years of international voice process experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in

  banking or financial services

  is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts

PROCESS 3:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound domestic voice calls from customers in a professional manner
• Respond to customer queries
• Provide support on account-related queries, balances, transactions, and basic billing issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Preferred candidates:

• Graduate (Any Stream) or Intermediate qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Domestic Voice / Customer Support role
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Candidates residing within

  25 KM

  radius of HiTech City preferred (cab eligibility)
• Willingness to work from Mindspace, HiTech City, Hyderabad

PROCESS 4:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle international inbound voice calls from customers professionally
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions within defined TAT
• Deliver high-quality customer service support while maintaining global standards
• Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Preferred candidates:

• Mandatory International Voice Process experience only

Experience Criteria:

• Freshers (International Voice only) 23K take-home
• 6-18 months International Voice 33K take-home
• 18+ months International Voice 39K take-home
• Excellent English communication skills (Voice)
• Under Graduates / Any Graduate eligible
• Flexible and adaptable to

  night rotational shifts

• Willing to work from

  office at Uppal

• Must fall within

  23 KM cab radius

  (No self-transport beyond 23 KM)

PROCESS 5:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure uploaded videos comply with content policies, copyright, and community standards
• Identify, analyze, and flag inappropriate or policy-violating content
• Categorize and tag content accurately for better platform quality
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets throughout the contract period

Preferred candidates:

• Undergraduates or Graduates (Any Stream)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable working in a

  contract role (3 months)

• Willing to commit fully to the

  entire contract duration
