Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for customer service by following company policies and procedures.
  • Build rapport with customers and handle difficult situations with tact and patience.
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions clearly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Follow escalation procedures when necessary.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and international market trends.
  • Adhere to data security and privacy regulations.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10th pass or equivalent (Graduation is an advantage).
