Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls related to cancellations, billing, and tech issues. Drive customer retention with effective communication and tailored offers. Document interactions accurately using cloud systems. Meet KPIs: Handle Time, CSAT, Save Rate, and more. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills. 6+ months experience in customer service (international voice preferred). Strong problem-solving and persuasive abilities. Comfortable using Android/iOS and digital tools.
