Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice & Chat Process

About the Role:

International Voice & Chat Support team

This is your opportunity to work in a global environment, enhance your communication skills, and be part of a growing customer success team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via
inbound/outbound voice calls and live chat
with professionalism and empathy.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
Multitask efficiently between chat windows and support systems while on live conversations.
Log and track issues in CRM tools, escalate complex cases, and follow up as needed.
Meet or exceed KPIs related to quality, response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication
skills in English (neutral or US/UK accent preferred).
Ability to multitask between voice and chat channels with strong attention to detail.
0–3 years of experience in international voice/chat support (freshers with excellent communication are welcome).
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM, ticketing tools, and MS Office.
Willingness to work in
night/rotational shifts
, including weekends or holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a
B.Com, B.B.A, B.A
, or
any Postgraduate degree
and
experience in Customer Support
are welcome to apply.
