Job Description

We are Hiring||MNC||Immediate Joiners||

Job Title:

Eligibilty Criteria

Freshers

Experience : Min 1 yr of experience into International Customer Support Voice Process.

Salary:

Freshers - 2.5 LPA

Experience - 5 LPA (Based on last Ctc 30% Hike )

5 Days working and 2 week offs

Rotational night shifts

2 way Transportation Provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Provide timely, accurate, and effective responses to customer queries.
Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions, process customer inquiries, and follow up on unresolved issues.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by offering friendly, professional, and effective support.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service delivery.

Required Skills :

Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Prior experience in a customer service or voice process role is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service.
