Job Description

Location: Kolkata

Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Make voice calls to prospective leads as per the defined lead list.
Conduct lead qualification and appointment setting according to client guidelines.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM/dialer system.
Ensure high-quality conversations with correct tone, language, and professional etiquette.
Meet daily/weekly KPIs for connect ratio, conversion, and appointments set.
Collaborate with the team for process improvements, reporting, and quality adherence.
Attend training sessions and QA feedback sessions to ensure compliance and performance alignment.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in
international voice process with sales background
, preferably in
appointment setting or lead generation
.
Excellent English speaking and communication skills (fluent and confident).
Outgoing and persuasive personality, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Detail-oriented and comfortable with CRM/dialer tools for tracking leads and outcomes.
Ability to handle objections and manage customer interactions professionally.

Preferred:

Familiarity with lead generation and appointment setting metrics.
Prior experience interacting with US / UK / AUS customers.
