Role & responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee

engagement, and performance management.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and organizational culture

initiatives.

  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Manage payroll coordination and employee grievance redressal.
  • Design and implement training and development programs aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain employee records and HR dashboards; prepare regular HR reports.
  • Support leadership in organizing meetings, travel, and office events.
