Role & Responsibilities Liaise with clients to determine event requirements and preferences. Develop detailed event proposals and contracts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Manage event logistics including scheduling, equipment, and catering. Monitor event budgets and manage costs effectively. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. Maintain records of all event details and client communications. Conduct site inspections and follow up on client feedback post-event. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Previous experience in event planning or hospitality sales. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and event management software. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
