Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Corporate Roles as well as for the Pre- opening properties sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation and offer documentation.
Co-ordinate the interview process with different department heads, schedule interviews and ensure proper selection of the candidate.
Maintain talent pipelines for critical hotel positions (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Culinary, Engineering).
Collate and analyze monthly HR reports: Manpower, Recruitment, Attrition, Payroll inputs, Training, and engagement metrics.
Prepare MIS dashboards and presentations for leadership reviews.
Ensure all units follow updated HR policies, SOPs, and corporate HR guidelines
Assist with corporate-level engagement initiatives, R & R programs, analyse survey reports and feedback mechanisms.
Conduct exit interviews with the outgoing staff members and analyse reasons for Attrition across Hotels in the Group
Serve as a liaison between corporate HR and unit HR teams for smooth information flow.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of Hotel operations and HR practices.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in HRIS, MS Excel, and report preparation.
Attention to detail with strong follow-up abilities.
Ability to manage multi-unit HR requirements and timelines.
