Our vision is to revolutionize the lending industry in India. We want to make easy and fast credit available to all salaried employees at the click of a few buttons. We aim to disburse a loan within 5 minutes of a borrower applying for it. Dont ask how. That we will need to figure out together!

We want highly ambitious and energetic individuals keen to work in the Human Resource team, this role will report directly into the HR head.

This is not a typical HR job, where you carry out engagement activities without measuring any metrics. In this role, you will have a chance to create real on-ground impact and work on org-level improvement projects.

Here’s what you will do -

• Responsible for data management on the HRMS tool, understanding salary structures and drafting offer letters
• Custodian of all Employee lifecycle processes like - Onboarding, Offboarding, Probations, Promotions etc.
• Access management across all databases and in-house portals used at Finnable
• Prepare employee dashboards and audit data as per requirements
• Understand and implement people policies
• Regular interactions with employees and People Managers and assist them with issues
