Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Process Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls related to onboarding, loan disbursal, and query resolution. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing communication effectively to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers during onboarding and loan disbursal.
- Provide clear and professional communication to ensure excellent customer support. - Guide customers through the loan disbursal process, addressing queries and concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational or process-related issues. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with prompt and accurate responses. - Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and adherence to compliance requirements. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong customer support and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities. - Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Freshers are welcome to apply; immediate joiners will be preferred. - Bachelors degree in any stream (mandatory).

Languages Expected

- Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Knowledge of any regional language (preferred).
